Oversee ceremony and reception décor set-up
Cue musicians when bridal party and family process into ceremony

Communication with all contracted vendors to confirm arrival to pick-up times
Direction of contracted transportation services
Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors
Assure that all wedding items and gifts are placed in one location for bridal party to take at the end of the wedding
Custom schedule for bridal party members distributed at the rehearsal
Full on-site rehearsal coordination
10 Hours of on-site ceremony and reception coordination
This package includes an assistant the day of the event
There will be a $200 fee added to the package price for each additional event assistant
