Home residence or on location weddings are some of the most intimate and often carry a sentimental connect for most couples. This package allows us to customize your event on location ensuring you have all the rentals, equipment, décor’ and appropriate vendor service necessary to make your event a memory that lasts a lifetime.
Initial meeting to discuss all aspects of wedding
Unlimited referrals from The Finer Points, LLC elite vendor list
Assistance with all rentals to include; tent, tables, linen, chairs, place settings
Assistance in arranging for other essential rentals such as: generator, portable restrooms, lighting for tent, air flow and area to parking
Suggestions on parking areas on property
Negotiation of vendor contracts
Monthly reminder check lists
Monthly phone appointments to go over tasks lists
Assistance with wedding décor & theme design
Arrangement of transportation if needed
Negotiation of guest room blocks if needed
Assistance with selection of save-the-date cards & wedding invitations
Complete wedding etiquette advice
Ceremony & reception site walk through
Customized diagram of the tented area
Oversee tent and portable restroom set up
Detailed schedule of wedding events
Communication with all contracted vendors to confirm arrival to pick-up
Assistance with selection of guest favors & bridal attendant gifts
Full on-site rehearsal coordination
10 hours of on-site wedding ceremony & reception
Additional hours of service can be added to the contract at $150 per hour.
This package includes an assistant the day of the event.
There will be a $200 fee added to the package price for each additional event assistant.
